As a Christian creative, I view authenticity as surrendering to God’s divine purpose and using my unique gifts to reflect His design, rather than simply being true to myself. My creativity is not mine to claim; it is a redeemed gift, and I strive to align it with biblical truth. I have struggled with trying to fit into molds that were not my own, which caused me to lose my sense of self in the process. However, when I surrendered to God’s guidance, everything began to change, and my work came alive again.
